Every Couch Shaver is covered by a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. If a defect in materials or workmanship shows up in that first year, we’ll replace or repair your device. What’s covered
Defects in materials and workmanship.
If the blade fails, the motor stops, the battery won’t charge, or the housing cracks through normal use within the first year, that’s a warranty event. Tell us and we’ll make it right.
How long it lasts
One year from the date of purchase. Keep your Amazon order confirmation — we’ll ask for it when you file a claim.
How to file a claim
Head to the support page and pick "Warranty or replacement" from the topic menu. Include your Amazon order number and a short description of what’s happening. We’ll reply within 24 hours.
Returns and refunds
Returns are handled by Amazon under their standard return policy. If you want to return the device (vs. file a warranty claim), go through your Amazon order page — they own that flow end-to-end.
